Ingredients

5 eggs
citrus lemon zest
1 tbsp. whiskey
2 cups. DELTA sugar
1 cup flour
1 cup DELTA cocoa powder
1 cup warm water
¹⁄₂ cup oil
3 tsps. DELTA baking powder
1 tsp. DELTA vanilla
2 tbsp. DELTA icing sugar

Instructions

Wisk the sugar and eggs together until fluffy , add the vanilla, whiskey, and all other dry ingredients . Mix well.

Bake in oven at 180 degrees C for 30 mins. Leave to half cool down then sprinkle with DELTA icing sugar on top.
