Ingredients

¹⁄₂ cup all-purpose flour
³⁄₄ cup of Delta unsweetened cocoa powder
1 ¹⁄₂ tsp. of Delta baking powder
¹⁄₂ tsp. of Delta salt
¹⁄₂ cup of vegetable oil
1 cup of Delta brown sugar (demarara)
3 large eggs
1 tsp. of Delta sugared vanilla
¹⁄₂ cup of Delta powdered sugar for coating

Instructions

Combine all dry ingredients (all purpose flour, Delta cocoa powder, Delta baking powder, Delta salt, Delta sugared vanilla and Delta brown sugar).

And then the eggs and oil and mix altogether.

Shape into balls and dip them in Delta powdered sugar then place them on baking shees 2cm apart.

Bake in oven for 10 minutes on 180 degrees on middle shelf.
